What is Resort Casual attire?

Also known as Country Club or Casual Chic, this is apparel that you’d wear to a private country club for lunch or dinner. Invitations with the term "resort" indicate attire that is a cut above very casual clothes. So, avoid jeans, flip flops, camisoles, t-shirts, and short shorts or very short skirts.

Men:


Somewhat appropriate, but ditch the denim, Magnum.

Nice slacks, dress shirt or knit polo shirt, leather shoes/belt with the option of wearing a sport coat or sweater. In Hawaii, aloha shirts would also fit in this category.

Women:


Sorry ladies, but Waikiki was 3 exits back.

Nice pants, skirts, nice top, casual dress, sundress, nice sandals or casual shoes. The length of the skirt or dress is knee length or longer.
